Catherine Jenkins, President  ̶  As an engineering manager at NetScout Systems, Inc., in Westford, MA, Catherine brings key analytical and planning skills to the Budget Buddies board. She is also on the board of Operation Elf, which finds sponsors to provide gifts to children from low-income families during the holidays, and is a member of the Family of Woman, an international mentoring organization.

Brenda Gould, CPA, Vice President  ̶  Brenda has been the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell since 2011. She previously served on Habitat’s board and as a volunteer. Before joining Habitat, Brenda held various financial and sales positions in the for-profit world, including 23 years as a business operations manager for Millipore.

Nicole Nguyen, JD, Clerk  ̶  Nicole currently serves as Director, Lead Employment Counsel at NetScout Systems, Inc. in Westford and is responsible for supporting NetScout’s global human resources department on a variety of employment, compliance, and policy-related matters. Prior to that, she served as corporate counsel for NetScout and has prior experience in family, criminal and transactional law.

Nancy Coan  ̶  Nancy serves as the Director of the Lowell Alliance for Families and Neighborhoods, which strengthens families by advocating for and promoting empowerment, inclusion and diversity. Nancy has worked in the non-profit sector for over 20 years in international civil society development, women’s empowerment, youth development, advocacy, and humanitarian assistance.

Susan Graves  ̶   In nearly 40 years as a registered nurse in health and human services, Susan has helped people with disabilities, the elderly, and low-income households. She is currently a nurse consultant with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.

Sarah Ihugo, CPA  ̶   Sarah is the Comptroller at Entegee, Inc. in Burlington, MA. She was previously an accountant with the Merrimack Valley YMCA in Lawrence, MA.

Todd Smith  ̶  An educator and consultant in curriculum design and strategic planning, Todd has served as Executive Director of the American Textile History Museum in Lowell and a training facilitator for the Jericho Road Project. He has also held product management positions with uTest and Juniper Networks.

Robin Toof, Ed.D  ̶   Robin Toof is Co-Director of The Center for Community Research and Engagement at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Director of the Service Learning and Community Co-op Office in the university’s College of Fine Arts, Humanities, and Social Services Department, and an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department.
